Cancellation Policy

  • In order to provide impartial and efficient service for all of our clients, it is important that you accept only those appointments that you will be able to keep.
  • If you are unable to keep your appointment, it is important that you notify us 24 hours in advance, 1 full business day’s notice.
  • If this is not possible, please note the following:
  • Cancellations or appointment changes due to UNAVOIDABLE circumstances must be done before 9:00 am on the day of the appointment.
  • Cancellations or appointment changes after 9:00 am on the day of appointment are subject to a full charge.
  • Failure to cancel or change an appointment will result in a full charge.
  • Please be aware that insurance companies WILL NOT pay for missed treatments.

Monday & Thursday

7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Tuesday & Wednesday

7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Friday

8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

  • We do have an answering machine so please leave a message.
  • Full Payment for services is due weekly.
  • Payment by Cash, Cheque, VISA, or Mastercard is accepted.
  • Please note that a $20.00 fee will be charged for all NSF Cheques.
